Wimmelbild Wipkingen
Who are the people living in Wipkingen? Who is my neighbor that runs that one cute bakery on Nordstrasse? Who is the elderly woman that always drinks her daily coffee in Nordbrüggli? There are places and people in Wipkingen that I pass by every day, asking myself, “who is this person?” or “who actually lives in this house?”. But I never dare to simply start a conversation with them.
The Wimmelbild Wipkingen is meant to simplify this. It unites the people living in Wipkingen in one picture, in a playful way and provides them with the opportunity to meet each other. Above all, it should encourage people to start up conversations with others in real life. Because maybe, you will find yourself standing next to a person in the Wimmelbild, who you then suddenly see in a real public space and have a reason to address them with "Hey, I think you are standing next to me in the Wimmelbild..."
